Choosing a gym is a choice that should be taken seriousness, not all CrossFit gyms are created equal and we consider ourselves the best gym in the area.

FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS

CrossFit CSA is different from the typical gym, let us show you how. We would be glad to take you through a free introductory session to show you how to get started, what we do, and have you experience a CrossFit style workout. CrossFit workouts and our gym is something that must be experienced to truly be understood. Learn More About the Free Introductory Class

 

AFTER YOUR INTRODUCTORY CLASS

Once we have met and decided this will work, we ask our athletes to go through an education process known as “Foundations” Program. The Foundations classes consist of several small group sessions that will educate you on the complex movements associated with our workouts consisting of; the Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push/ Split Jerk, Deadlift, Clean, Snatch, Kettlebells, and gymnastic movements. These classes are mandatory for those with no prior CrossFit experience to ensure safety and proper technique.

The next step is membership. You have developed a solid comprehension for our movements and are ready to share some pain and pleasure with your new friends/family. Contact us for more information.

Experienced Crossfitter

We would love to have you visit our facility, meet our coaches and get a free week trial. Experienced CrossFitters will not be required to participate in the fundamentals program.

Drop in Policy

We welcome all visitors! Drop in fee is $20 per a day. We require one month previous CrossFit experience to drop into one of our CrossFit classes. No experience necessary to drop into any other classes. For those who are visiting for an extended period of time please contact us for more options. We do not require advance registration for drop-ins. Please contact us for more information.
