Oly Technique

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
1 Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
1 Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
* Choose a weight you can practice good technique!

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
20 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
40 Double Unders
20 AbMat Sit-ups
40 Double Unders

Subs:
Double Unders= 60 Singles, or Invisible rope
