Back Squat 1 rep max lift.

Only include the heaviest 1 rep, do not include sets prior to it.
Finisher:
3 rounds
10 double kb swings
10 double kb suitcase deadlifts
10 rear leg elevated split squats each leg – weight with kb
10 kneeling kb rotations each way
