Strict Press 1×5 at 45% 1RM
Strict Press 1×5 at 45% 1RM
Strict Press 1×3 at 55% 1RM
Strict Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM
Strict Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM
Strict Press 1×1 at 95% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.
If you can do more than 1 rep at 95% do it!

Finisher:
5×10 Chin ups ( banded if needed)

3 sets of:
10 psuh ups
15 db bench press
20 hammer curls
